There is an adjoining deli, "CPJ's Deli at The Courtyard", which offers pastries, sandwiches and soups. What makes this deli special and ahead of the rest is their menu, which includes gluten free soup, flourless chocolate cake and the option to have your sandwich made with gluten free (also wheat free) bread. Simply advise the server of the allergy you have and they will take great measure to ensure your order is made without cross contamination taking place.

ReplyDeleteWhile I've only tried samples of the pretzels, the deli looks good and very upscale. Glad Ja has a gluten-free place such as this.
ReplyDeleteVery informative! As someone with no known allergies and a LOVER of food, I've never stopped to think how difficult it is to find alternatives (to products containing wheat ie). As a matter of fact, some of the things I eat, I didn't even know contain wheat, so thanks for making me more aware.
